At Sad Bird Coffee, we operate on a drop model to ensure the freshest, highest-quality coffee with every order. Our coffee is roasted in small batches on Wednesdays and shipped in limited quantities to maintain peak freshness.

Shipping Methods & Processing Times

  • We use standard shipping via USPS and UPS to deliver your order safely and efficiently.

  • If your order is in stock, it will ship within 2-3 business days after purchase.

  • If a blend is out of stock, it will be roasted the following Wednesday and shipped immediately after.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within the U.S. only.

  • International shipping is not available yet available.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey.
