Returns & Refunds

At Sad Bird Coffee, we take pride in providing the freshest, highest-quality coffee, which is why we have a no-return policy on coffee bags. Since coffee is a perishable product, we cannot accept returns once the packaging has been opened.  

However, if there is an issue with your order, such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged product, please reach out to us at info@sadbirdcoffee.com, and we will make it right.  

Eligible Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on unused merchandise.  

You can always contact us for any return question at info@sadbirdcoffee.com. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (coffee)

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have.  Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.  Please note that it may take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
