Sad Bird Coffee was inspired by a simple realization, that traditional coffee often pushes our nervous system too far.

Jittery mornings, restless nights, and a constant cycle of over-caffeination didn’t fit the intentional life we wanted to live.

So we reimagined coffee.

By lowering the caffeine, we crafted a cup that supports focus, balance, and daily rituals, without sacrificing taste.

OUR MISSION

Born from Grit, Brewed for Balance

The Sad Bird logo started as a simple sketch during our time in the military. It was a lighthearted drawing, passed around among those we served with, and it stuck.

The bird became a symbol of resilience, camaraderie, and the reminder that even in tough times, you can find balance and joy in small rituals. Over time, that sketch evolved into the emblem we wear proudly today.

What brought us together was a love for coffee and the clarity it provides. We wanted the comfort of our daily brew without the jitters, the crash, or restless nights.

So, we set out to do it differently, sourcing specialty-grade beans and crafting intentional low-caffeine blends. The result is coffee that delivers balance, flavor, and focus, without compromise.
